Job Description :
As an Operations Support Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the daily operations of retail stores. Your role includes analyzing and reporting on store performance data, maintaining store information, and assisting with the successful opening of partner stores. You will work closely with store supervisors to ensure operational efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Data Analysis and Reporting :
Collect, consolidate, and analyze store operational data to produce effective reports.
Provide brief summaries and actionable insights based on data, identifying store strengths and opportunities.
Report and track anomalies in data, coordinating with supervisors to address issues and implement improvements.
Store Information Maintenance :
Regularly update and maintain store information, knowledge bases, standards, and tools to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Support Partner Stores :
Maintain close contact with partner stores to facilitate smooth store openings.
Arrange practical training for newly trained partners and coordinate support for new partner stores.
Achievement of Work Objectives :
Complete assigned work objectives and tasks in accordance with company plans and directives from superiors.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in retail operations or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with experience in working with partner stores.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines.
