Role Overview:
Reporting to the VP of Sales, Women’s, the Showroom Sales Assistant will be responsible for assisting in all tasks to maintain showroom logistics, as well as support the women’s and men’s sales team with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of showroom logistics including but not limited to:
- Greeting guests and managing messenger pick-up and drop-offs.
- Managing flow of deliveries, coordinating with building management for deliveries, coordinating with respective teams on incoming and outgoing deliveries, etc.
- Facilitate all shipment (FedEx/DHL/UPS/Courier) needs; package send-outs, supply orders and scheduling pick-ups.
- Ensure that showroom spaces are always maintained and presentable.
- Always maintain presentation of showroom samples, lay sweaters in the evening, reset showroom after any appointments/walk-throughs, etc.
- Maintain organization of showroom and office supplies (i.e, hangers, kitchen & office supplies, etc)
- Assistant in overseeing and planning team events.
- Ensure that office & kitchen supplies are stocked.
- Support the women’s and men’s sales team in daily administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
- Sample Trafficking: ensure that sample closets are maintained and organized by delivery, manage sample send outs and returns with wholesale partners, upkeep sample schedule calendar, assist in checking in and tracking samples for market, partner with cross functional teams on sample sharing, etc.
- Market Prep and logistics: maintain market calendar and ensure seamless flow of appointments, book showroom models, assist with model dressing during appointments, ensure showrooms are set (and re-set) between meetings, support in market sample unpacking and tracking, assist with beverage and lunch orders for meetings, support team in with market follow-ups as necessary.
- Support women’s and men’s sales teams with sending web copy.
- Conduct web sweeps to ensure that product is live, photographed/styled per styling standards, copy is accurate, inventory is feeding, etc. for owned and dropship product.
