Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions in compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Collaborate with project managers and vendors to ensure proper documentation and approvals.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and prepare relevant financial reports.
- Maintain organized financial records and support audits as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable roles, preferably within the real estate or construction industries.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
