Franchise Focused Marketing is a digital marketing agency in Santa Ana, CA, focusing on working with small to medium franchised businesses. We are a full-service agency that does everything from social media and search engine marketing to custom landing pages and websites. Currently, our largest clients are fitness based brands across the US and Canada.
The Role :
In the Junior Creative Strategist role, you will be an integral part of the Creative and Strategy Teams.
Together we will craft, edit and publish engaging copy and content around seasonal campaigns, brand partnerships, popular culture and client feedback. You’ll also be responsible for adhering to brand standards in all formats and seeking brand approval for all materials created.
In addition, you will provide support to the Digital Marketing team in following the brand standards and organizing assets within the Google Drive for ease of application to campaigns.
This role will require deep diving into best performing campaigns to find the best performing assets, researching industry trends and brainstorming new ideas to help grow and elevate each brand!
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : (some but not limited to the below)
- Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
- Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels.
- Research audience preferences and discover current trends
- Plan and schedule content on social media platforms
- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
- Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions
- Tracks key metrics such as audience engagement, impressions, reach, referrals, and conversions
- Assist in communication with clients for creative approvals and coordination
- Manage the organization of all internally shot social content to ensure they are named, filed, and saved correctly for future use
- Manage the organization & necessary clean-up of the Google Drive creative files; including naming convention of assets, creative folders, local assets org, etc.
