About the Role :
The Field Development Manager facilitates the execution of the overall assigned market development plan providing objective thought as the plan evolves cross functionally. The FDM will focus efforts on positive net restaurant growth both by mitigating restaurant closures and filling a pipeline of approved new restaurant openings. The FDM also assists in market optimization planning through the identification and facilitation of relocation opportunities.

The FDM also assists in market optimization planning through the identification and facilitation of relocation opportunities.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to : \n\nIdentify new sites / Real Estate opportunities within the designated area.\nComplete thorough analytics of potential sites.\nSupport Franchise Owners during the Opening / Relocation / / Closures, using internal and external resources available.\nBuild relationships with Key Developers, Corporate Partners and Existing Franchisees.\nWork closely with Ops Field and other teams on development projects.\nIdentify new potential markets for future growth. \nAnalyze and define development territories (site evaluations, Market studies)\nWork closely with Real Estate / Market Planning team, as well as other internal partners to build the development plan.\nProspect Follow up & Administrative Support : Building and Following up the Development Pipeline. Forecast and Planning Management.\n\nQualifications : \n\nBachelor's Degree would be a plus.\n3-5 years' experience in commercial development. Restaurant and / or retail industry experience would be preferred.\nExperience working with franchisees would be beneficial.\nExperience with market optimization.\nFamiliarity with market brokers / real estate agents.\nMust have a positive attitude, be self-motivating, and have excellent time management and communication skills, good relationship building skills, flexible and detail oriented.\nAbility to work with a diverse group of stakeholders with experience leading cross functional decision making. \nExperience or understanding in overall market planning.
