Position Summary :

Francis Energy is looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst with a strong background in financial systems and cross-departmental software integration. In this key role, you will act as a bridge between technology, finance, and other departments, focusing on streamlining processes, optimizing systems, and delivering actionable insights. Reporting directly to the CFO, this position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic business insight, and collaborative skills to enhance efficiency and ensure technology solutions align seamlessly with the company's goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Work with all departments, including Construction, Operations, Compliance, and Legal, to streamline software solutions and improve workflows.
• Lead initiatives to integrate and optimize software systems, ensuring interoperability and ease of use.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to translate functional needs into system requirements.
• Evaluate business processes across departments to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
• Develop and implement standardized processes that enhance operational and financial efficiency.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including business cases and ROI analyses, for proposed IT investments.
• Lead IT and software integration projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee system upgrades, new software implementations, and vendor deliverables.
• Deliver insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on financial and operational data analysis.
• Provide training to teams on leveraging data visualization tools for better decision-making.
• Ensure IT systems meet financial and industry-specific compliance standards.
• Develop and enforce IT controls to safeguard sensitive data and prevent security risks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving technical issues related to financial and operational software.
• Provide technical support for financial operations and ensure systems comply with regulatory requirements.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
