Position Summary : The Network Operations Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and efficiency of our EV fast-charging network. The NOA will monitor, analyze, and optimize the functionality of our charging stations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance customer experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Oversee the real-time operation of EV charging stations, ensuring uptime and reliability across the network.
- Analyze and respond to network and hardware issues, coordinating with technical teams to resolve outages and optimize station performance.
- Use diagnostic tools and analytics platforms to assess network trends, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement updates, firmware upgrades, and process improvements.
- Document incidents, track resolutions, and provide detailed analysis to inform long-term operational strategies.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, partners, and vendors to address operational concerns and ensure service continuity.
- Assist in resolving escalated technical inquiries from customer support teams related to station performance and connectivity.
- Ensure network operations adhere to all applicable regulations, safety protocols, and industry standards.
