Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Manager to oversee and streamline our human resources functions and contribute to the efficient operation of our company. The ideal candidate will document and optimize every position in the organization, manage HR tasks, and support business growth through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all roles in the company.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to build a strong team.
- Handle administrative tasks, including employee records and correspondence.
- Oversee performance evaluations and assist with employee development plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Use tools such as Excel to streamline processes and manage data.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (education in HR or business administration is a plus).
- Proven experience in HR or a similar role, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Positive attitude and adaptability to changing priorities.
