Deputy of Operations
The Francis Howell School District is seeking a Deputy Superintendent of Operations (formerly titled Chief Financial/Operating Officer) to serve as a part of the Executive Cabinet leadership team. The Deputy Superintendent of Operations will provide strategic vision, leadership and direction for the business and data processing functions to ensure continuous improvement and support to schools. This position will work to establish general accounting procedures, report periodic financial results, and prepare the annual budget. The Deputy Superintendent of Operations will supervise the accounting, purchasing, payroll, employee benefits functions, technology, facilities, and food service departments. The selected candidate will provide district-wide leadership, coordination, accountability, and management to accomplish the district’s mission of being responsible stewards of people, time, and financial resources.
