Shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm. Wednesday through Saturday.

The Housekeeping (Turndown) associate assists the housekeeping staff provide AAA 4 Diamond service to all guests. This position is responsible for insuring that all guest rooms are cleaned at the 4 Diamond standards and for supervising the daily tasks of the housekeeping department.

Areas of Responsibilities:

• Perform evening turndown service in guest rooms by making beds, refreshing linens, and replenishing amenities (e.g., towels, toiletries, bottled water, etc.).
• Also doing turndowns in the lobby and restrooms
• Works alongside are staff as this is a hands-on position.
• Answer phone calls.
• Inspect rooms

Education, Skills and Work Experience:

• 1 year’s prior housekeeping experience.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels of the hotel, as well as interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for providing high-quality service.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to work in a high pace environment without compromising attention to detail, while demonstrating excellent organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as well as weekends and holidays.

Physical Demands in the Work Environment

Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods.

Required to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle and feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 30 pounds.
