Exciting opportunity in the Cinco Ranch area. This role is expected to clean and maintain grounds and pool(s). Responsible for painting the interior of rental units, leasing office, clubhouse, laundry rooms, interior hallways, common area, occupied units, when necessary (such as lease renewal), cleaning/power washing, common areas, office exterior, breezeways, and walkways. Maintain crisp, clean, litter-free grounds and exteriors of the property. Report liability issues.
