This role is expected to clean and maintain grounds and pool(s). Responsible for painting the interior of rental units, leasing office, clubhouse, laundry rooms, interior hallways, common area, occupied units, when necessary (such as lease renewal). Maintain crisp, clean, litter free grounds and exteriors of the property. Report liability issues.
