WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Participate on senior leadership business teams and supports achievement of key strategic priorities through use of talent
Provide strategic leadership and guidance on the implementation of programs to maximize value and return on the talent investment
Advise the executive/senior management of the assigned business line regarding key organizational and management issues.
Develop and implement business line human resources initiatives to foster positive coworker work attitudes while increasing job satisfaction.
Develop HR plans, strategies and comprehensive strategic retention plans to align with the achievement of the service line and the overall system's business objectives.
Lead and guides assigned departments in implementation of HR services such as coworker relations, talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, talent management, training and leadership development, compensation and benefits
Monitor success with appropriate data and partners with the local executives and system HR leadership to identify best practices and continuous improvement opportunities.
Participate in the development of the business line's plans and programs, acting as a strategic partner and providing a perspective on the impact on people in decisions.
Partner with executive leadership to establish and implement HR best practices that effectively communicate and support the HR service line and system strategic vision.
Partner with legal and risk/compliance to develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local government regulations and laws.
Responsible for leading a team of one or more Human Resource Business Partners that influence key decisions and strategy involving the Human Resource perspective alignment to the business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline - Required
Master’s Degree - preferred
7 years Progressive HR leadership experience Required - AND-
Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) - Preferred
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) - Preferred
SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) - Preferred
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) - Preferred
Experience working in a Human Resources function with a shared service delivery and strategic business partner model - Preferred
