- Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, or direct callers to the appropriate staff.
- Work within an electronic medical records system.
- Collect patient payments, apply payments, and adjustments to patient accounts.
- Balance daily encounter forms and cash drawers.
- Perform additional daily administrative tasks based on practice specialty.
