WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Monitor inventory needs for required department equipment and supplies; place orders as required to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Oversee the work of Volunteers, providing ongoing guidance and training to ensure quality of service.
- Provide customer service by greeting and actively helping visitors who need assistance with transporting and way-finding.
- Deal calmly and courteously with upset or difficult visitors.
- Solicit grievances and complaints from patients and family members on quality of service; act as a liaison between the patient and the department assists in resolving all concerns.
- A full-time position; hours can range between 6A-8P
QUALIFICATIONS
- Required High School Diploma/GED
- 2 years Customer Service Preferred
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Part-time, 11:30 am to 8 pm and 2 pm to 8 pm,
- Weekend rotation every 3 weeks.
- Covering Main Entrance, Cancer Center and OPS.
