Front Desk Agent
Staybridge Suites, Schererville, IN is a luxury hotel in Schererville, IN. We are currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team!
What we are looking for:
Our Front Desk Agents are the first impression our guests have with our hotel and must be able to create that impression. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, answering phones, checking guests in and out, and providing excellent customer service. To do this, you should be friendly, friendly, and helpful with every aspect of their stay. Our hotel offers many amenities such as free breakfast, free parking, free parking for employees (all who register at the hotel), free parking for all staff members (including those who work outside of the hotel) and many more perks to make staying at our hotel a breeze. If you enjoy being around nice people and like to make others feel welcome, then you should be able to perform these duties perfectly!

Experience:
Previous customer service experience preferred but not required. We will train you! In order to succeed as a Front Desk Agent, we would love to see you at least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry or some other related field such as "hospitality," "food service," "restaurant," etc. If you have experience working with groups or with children in a childcare center or in school, that's even better! If you don't have 2 years of experience We can teach you! In order to learn how to perform these duties successfully, we would love to see photos or video of you doing them in the hospitality industry.
