WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
The PACE Clinic Nurse provides direct and indirect nursing care to assigned patients in clinic or community setting. This role works under the supervision of the Clinic Manager but works independently in the application of advanced nursing knowledge and skills. The nurse manages complex clinical situations for which he/she is responsible.
Practice Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
On call rotation
No Weekends or Holidays

QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's degree - Required
Bachelor's degree- Preferred
1 Year nursing/patient care with frail/elderly in an in-patient nursing or home health setting - Required
2 Years Nursing Experience- Preferred
Registered Nurse (RN) License - Required
Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required
