WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Analyze facility productivity and labor utilization
- Utilizes and benchmark reporting for labor and productivity
- Ensure productivity and labor utilization is at or below budget.
- Analyze monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements
- Identify variances to budget, develops the management discussion and analysis
- Conduct cost accounting analysis
- Recommend changes to the decision support
- Produce and distribute comprehensive and reliable reports
- Improve data collection, reporting and accuracy
- Conduct or participate in special projects to provide analytical assistance.
- Assist managers and staff in the areas of budget review, variance analysis, cost accounting, financial planning, and labor productivity
- Prepares and analyze the budget / long-range financial plan by developing and consolidating the operating budget and long-range financial plan.
- Monitor performance against budget and analyzing variances, and providing margin analysis on operating budgets and new programs
- Prepare the capital budget by analyzing approved / proposed capital investment opportunities
- Monitor approved capital return on investment
