WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
De-escalates situations involving agitated or aggressive persons using established principles in de-escalation, including potential application of physical restraints, to prevent safety hazards.
Communicates with stakeholders to gather data related to safety or security incidents being investigated or responded to; ensures all necessary information is available to aid in decision making.
Maintenance Reviews meeting room schedules and locks/unlocks doors in order to maintain safety and security of the facility.
Reviews daily activities completed by Security personnel and completes daily activity log.
Maintains a safe and secure environment for all staff, patients, and visitors by monitoring CCTV Franciscan Alliance, conducting internal and external patrols and following established Franciscan Alliance protocols.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma/GED Required
1 Year Law Enforcement Required
1 Year Healthcare Preferred
1 Year Customer Service Preferred
Driver's License Required
License to Carry Handgun - State Police Required
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - American Heart Association Required within 180 days
