As a Wound Care Nurse, you will play a critical role in promoting optimal skin integrity outcomes for our residents. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, while also providing expert care and support to residents and their families.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, while also providing expert care and support to residents and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents with wounds and ulcers.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Administer wound care treatments, including sharp debridement.
- Monitor and document resident progress and changes in condition.
- Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or higher in a clinical/nursing area of study.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- 1 years of experience in a clinical/nursing setting within the geriatric industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
