Position Summary:
The O Spa located inside of Franco's Health Club & Spa is hiring for a spa coordinator. You will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests. This position combines front-of-house customer service excellence with back-of-house operational support. You will manage client interactions at the front desk, assist with scheduling and payments, and help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the spa. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, customer-focused, and passionate about wellness in a serene, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in clients with a professional and welcoming demeanor
- Manage the spa's appointment schedule, including booking and confirming reservations
- Answer phone calls and/or emails and provide information on spa services, promotions, and policies
- Process payments and handle gift card sales
- Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and stocked with marketing materials
- Provide exceptional customer service to address clients’ needs, questions, and concerns
- Upsell spa services and retail products
- Collaborate with spa management to coordinate promotional events and special offers
Back-of-House Duties:
- Assist with laundry duties, ensuring fresh towels, linens, and robes are always available
- Maintain inventory of spa products and notify management when supplies are running low
- Help set up and break down spa treatment rooms/areas as needed
- Ensure common areas such as relaxation lounge, sauna, salt room, and locker rooms are clean and well-maintained
- Assist technicians with preparation of treatment spaces, maintaining the spa’s serene environment
