Customer Service Representative Job Summary
We are seeking a professionally helpful and courageous full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is curious to learn and embrace change while consistently and proactively working to ensure a pleasant experience for customers and coworkers.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately process customer transactions, examining for proper endorsements, verifying identity, signatures, and balances.
- Promote, educate, and advise customers about other products and services in person and through incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Assist in community events and promotions, proactively protecting our customers, and helping to deter fraud.
Benefits:
- Salary range: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience.
