Position Summary
Assist with maintenance and technical support of electronic banking products and services offered to bankers across the organization. Support will be focused on internal bankers and involve direct external customer contact.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Provides professional customer support to bank customers and bank staff for our various electronic banking systems including Business Online Banking, Retail Online Banking, Bill Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Mobile Apps, ACH Manager and Wire Manager.
- Triage eBanking support tickets through our Help Desk portal.
- Assist technical staff with maintaining and troubleshooting our electronic banking systems
- Assist bank management, compliance, marketing, etc., to implement changes and upgrades.
- Keep manager and IT team members informed of system issues impacting multiple users across the bank.
- Demonstrates an aptitude and willingness to learn and support new systems, applications and back-end program configurations.
- Works collaboratively in a team environment and communicates effectively with other IT personnel, and management.
- Aid with new bank acquisition assimilation as it relates to eBanking products for business and retail.
- Serve as resource in various projects or tasks as assigned.
Experience, Skills, & Education
Education
In depth knowledge in a technical field through post-secondary education and / or at least two years of related experience.
Skills
Demonstrated knowledge of electronic banking products. Knowledge of Fiserv Premier banking system desired.
Salary range for this role is $23.80 to $29.22 per hour, depending on experience.
