Frandsen Bank & Trust has an exciting opportunity to work as a Residential Mortgage Closer at our Arden Hills, MN location. This position will involve the closing of residential mortgage loans from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, other mortgage investors and Frandsen Bank & Trust portfolio loans. Duties will involve customer service, preparing & monitoring closing documents, following regulatory guidelines, and interpreting mortgage banking policies.
A high level of customer service, attention to detail, technical and data entry skills are required to provide quality service.
Experience
- Required : experience working in the banking industry, preferably 2 years including, but not limited to teller, loan assistant, customer service.
- Preferred : banking role related to processing or closing loans.
- Associate's degree (AA) or higher from an accredited college or university. May be substituted with a minimum of two years work related experience in the mortgage area. Qualified candidates must also have a high level of time management and organizational skills.
Salary Range : $19.60-$29.00 / hour depending on experience.
