What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business/Ag Banker position at Frandsen Financial Corporation?
Frandsen Bank & Trust is seeking an experienced Business Banker for the Eau Claire, WI location and surrounding area. This team member would be responsible for prospecting and developing new client relationships, managing existing client relationships, commercial advisory services and cross-selling our wide range of financial services. This role would also have the potential for some remote/work from home options.
Preferred Qualifications

- Demonstrated credit analysis and underwriting skills

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in lending or related field
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Salary range is $110,000 - $150,000 annually depending on experience.
