Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge in various areas such as, equipment repair, heating and air conditioning, appliance repair, refrigeration, and property maintenance. Must have or be willing to obtain a CDL class B license with air brake, hazmat & tanker. Willing to train right person.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues
- Install and maintain Heating and air conditioning systems
- Set and maintain propane tanks
- Perform property maintenance tasks as needed
Experience:
- Experience in equipment repair and maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Familiarity with and HVAC systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
