Frank Darling is an online female-founded fine jewelry brand making custom engagement rings more accessible than ever before. We’ve been featured in Vogue, WSJ, Bloomberg, Glossy, and a number of other publications for our design, sustainability, and modern take on the bridal category.
We have an immediate, on-site opening for a custom fine jewelry sales specialist. The ideal candidate is a design-savvy, detail-oriented jewelry professional that thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with strong interpersonal skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
- Respond quickly to inbound phone calls, chats, and emails.
- Consulting customer in person and virtually regarding wedding bands and fine jewelry pieces.
- Guide clients through the process of choosing a wedding band from our collection, or designing a custom piece
- Guide clients through the process of creating custom fine jewelry pieces
- Confidently providing feedback on custom creations within a limited time frame
- Pairing design with practicality for the customers' every day needs
- Advise clients on the four c's when needed for a jewelry piece requiring diamonds
- Advise clients on the differences between lab-grown diamonds, natural diamonds, and Moissanite when needed
- Meet sales goals and close sales efficiently
- Work with Sales Manager to replenish showroom sample stock
- Work with Sales Manager to instill practices and processes for wedding band appointments and back of house operations
- Provide feedback to Design team regarding what customers' want to purchase and see in-showroom
- Maintain and nurture client relationships as the main point of contact for all sales and post sale
