Frank Darling is a rapidly expanding Fine Jewelry brand that specializes in custom engagement rings. We have a large online presence as well as in-person showrooms located in NY, SF, DC, Chicago and LA. We are looking for a Diamond Procurement Associate to join our growing team with the potential to grow into a full time role. This position requires an efficient and detail-oriented candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is analytical, and is excellent at multi-tasking.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
- Communicate professionally and effectively with suppliers
- Maintain gemology email inbox and respond to suppliers in a timely fashion with updates
- Assist the procurement team in memoing and processing stones
- Process sold stones
- Prep diamonds for client appointments
- Provide stone updates to suppliers
- Escalate credit issues to the returns team
