What You’ll Do:
As our Email and Content Marketing Manager, you’ll play a vital role in shaping how we communicate with our audience. You’ll dream up and prioritize new content ideas, design engaging emails and blog posts, craft irresistible headlines and subject lines, and constantly analyze performance to optimize for success. Working closely with our SEO manager, you’ll ensure our messaging resonates across all channels, driving traffic, boosting rankings, and increasing conversions.
Responsibilities:
Email Campaign Management and List Growth:
- Strategize, execute and refine email campaigns using Klaviyo, including promotions, product launches, educational content, and personalized recommendations.
- Create and maintain automated email flows that seamlessly guide customers through the engagement ring shopping journey—from inspiration to purchase and beyond.
- Measure, analyze, and report on email performance metrics to uncover insights and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with our Director of Social Media Marketing to grow and optimize our email subscriber list through collaborations, pop-up optimization, and giveaways
Blog Strategy & Execution:
- Collaborate with the SEO manager to develop and refine blog and landing page content that converts visitors into customers while growing our top-of-funnel organic search traffic
- Own the blog calendar
- Audit and enhance existing blog posts to improve search rankings and performance.
- Monitor SEO metrics, keyword trends, and traffic data to inform content development and strategy.
Copywriting:
- Craft compelling ad copy for Meta and Google campaigns.
- Develop engaging and persuasive product descriptions for the website.
Who You Are:
- A creative storyteller with a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for crafting impactful content.
- Experienced in running successful email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, with a proven ability to drive results.
- Well-versed in SEO fundamentals, content strategy, and creating high-performing landing pages.
- Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into effective strategies.
- A collaborative, resourceful team player who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in email marketing, content strategy, or a related field.
- Expertise with Klaviyo and other email marketing platforms.
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong grasp of brand voice and messaging.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is a plus but not required.
