We have an immediate, on-site opening for a quality assurance specialist. The ideal candidate is an extremely detail-oriented diamond jewelry professional with strong interpersonal skills who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Responsibilities
- Check finished goods for quality defects using a loupe and microscope
- Verify inscription numbers on diamonds
- Track and flag recurring quality defects for production
Requirements and Experience
- Excellent written communication skills
- Knowledge of fine jewelry setting techniques
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Work both collaboratively and independently
- Experience in fine jewelry design and/or making
- Familiarity with fine jewelry terminology and design
- Bench jewelry making experience a plus
