Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead, train, and supervise staff across various departments including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Support corporate through fiscal responsibility and budgeting
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Foster relationships within the community to promote our company and hotel properties
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and service throughout the hotel premises.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with upper management to develop operational plans that align with business objectives.
- Fill a regular front desk shift while conducting managerial duties
- Semi-monthly payroll data collection and submission to corporate
Experience
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Proficiency in budgeting, revenue management, and financial reporting.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel management software is preferred.

About Us
We have three properties within blocks of one another you'd be responsible for. Each property has its own unique style and characteristics. Our ideal candidate will be able to oversee operations at all three locations effectively and with the highest level of professionalism. You will have a corporate office team to support you and do a lot of heavy lifting, allowing you to focus solely on the properties, staff, and guests.
This is a full-time role with an expectation of at least 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will understand the industry and know that the day doesn't always end when you head for home. We are offering a salary starting at $65,000, but negotiable for the right candidate with the right background and commensurate experience.
