- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, procedures, and office policies.
- Radiology Prior Authorizations
- Collect patient information and verify insurance details as needed.
- Maintain organized office files and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate smooth operations within the office.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry and filing.
Skills
- Experience in an office environment, particularly within a medical setting, is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and team members.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
