Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming sales leads and inquiries through phone, email, and online chat
- Manage and update customer database with accurate and detailed information
- Follow up with potential customers to schedule appointments or provide additional information
- Assist customers in finding the right vehicle that meets their needs and budget
- Provide information about product features, pricing, and promotions
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts with customers
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth sales process
- Prior experience in sales or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of sales leads
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
