Job Overview :
As a Sales Business Development Center (BDC) Agent, you will be the initial point of contact for potential customers, managing a high volume of inbound and outbound communications to generate leads and schedule appointments. Your primary objectives include converting inquiries into dealership visits, enhancing appointment show rates, and supporting the sales team to achieve business goals.
What You’ll Do :
- Handle a substantial volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails daily, aiming to convert at least 50% of inbound and 20% of outbound communications into scheduled appointments.
- Identify customer needs and coordinate appointments for sales consultations, striving to achieve high appointment show rates by providing clear information and follow-ups.
- Engage with potential customers professionally and courteously, addressing inquiries promptly and providing detailed information about products and services.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and appointment details in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure effective follow-up and communication.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer transitions from initial contact to in-person appointments, enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance targets, including call volumes, appointment conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
