We are looking for a dedicated, customer-oriented individual to handle customer appointments for our sales department. The Business Development Team increases and broadens the company's clientele by obtaining new clients and setting appointments for interested customers regarding our vehicles . The ideal candidate is expected to be confident, have high energy, and be relatively independent. It requires great people to provide great service, which is why we invest so much time recruiting and training our team. We believe in hiring our employees at entry level positions and providing them with an opportunity to travel a career path within our organization. Nearly every manager we have in our dealership was promoted, and not hired, into their current position.

Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming phone calls according to the script and schedule a sales appointment.
- Make outbound calls
- Log all customer comments.
- Contact customers to schedule and confirm appointments for Sales.
- Do follow-ups with Sales Department
- Schedule future contact as needed.
- Keep customer information up to date.
- Generate communication according to a predetermined timeline to automatically schedule follow-up reminders for next contact.
- Contact Customers based on current marketing initiatives.
