Meet and greet service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner.Answer customer inquiries and confirm / schedule appointmentsAssist the Service Advisors and provide administrative assistance as needed.Liaison between the service, sales and parts department.Update customer lead informationManages all required paperwork and records and prepares documentation (forms, reports, etc.) when needed.Continually learn about product updates, features, accessories, inventory and their benefits to the customer.Contact customer base on current marketing incentivesComputer and internet skills -emails, CRM, listing carsRealize that business is built on customer satisfaction and be devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to our customers.Establish personal goals that are consistent with the dealerships standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals.Qualifications :
Valid Driver license requiredHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to pass a background check and drug screenOverachieving attitude and enhanced work ethicBe able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and temperaturesLift and move objects up to 25 pounds occasionallySelling ability is essential!Service or hospitality industry experience, a PLUS!Automotive experience, a PLUS!Must be able to work weekends.Must be willing to work as part of a team.Must be engaging, inquisitive, curious with an always willing to help attitude.Must have the drive, passion and confidence to be successful.A desire and ability to work in a performance and process driven environment.Excellent customer satisfaction skills.Professional appearance and work ethic.Self-starter and self-motivator.Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workdayGreat attitude with high-energy.Ability to work well in a process driven environment.Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.Valid Driver's license, Background Check, and Drug Screen requiredWe align everything we do at work with our Vision Statement -
