Frank’s Detail is looking for an experienced Detail Shop Lead to join our team in North Shakopee, MN.

Job Responsibility for Detail Shop Lead:
- Train all new employees on all aspects of the Detail Shop.
- Assist management in ensuring that quality standards are maintained through the shops.
- Ensures that end-of-the-day checklist(s) are being executed.
- Acts as quality control personnel when needed.
- Ensures that all chemicals and inventory are maintained and that all shop equipment is in good working condition before the start of the shift.
- Track and monitor the LDM board...we will teach you.
- Alert management of needed processes and/or concerns of the staff or client.
Job Requirements for Detail Shop Lead:
- 1 year of experience in an Auto Detail Shop.
- Previous experience managing employees preferred.
- Valid Driver License.
- Computer Knowledge is a must (Email, Basic Microsoft Word, and data-entry).
- Must have good written and verbal communication.
