We are a plumbing, heating, and cooling company in Amarillo that offers an extensive array of repair, installation, and maintenance services. Assist a licensed plumber in new construction projects or service-related plumbing workLearn and train under the guidance of a licensed plumber to develop skills and knowledge in plumbing techniques, tools, and equipmentPerform basic plumbing tasks such as installing and repairing pipes, fixtures, and fittingsAssist in the installation and maintenance of plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drainage systems, and gas linesLearn to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to understand plumbing layouts and requirementsCollaborate with the licensed plumber and other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to established standardsFollow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for oneself and othersKeep the work area clean and organized, including proper disposal of waste materialsLearn to identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues, and assist in making necessary repairs or adjustmentsDevelop knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations to ensure compliance in all work performedMaintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used, time spent, and progress made on projectsContinuously seek to expand knowledge and skills through ongoing training and professional development opportunitiesCommunicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to provide updates, ask questions, and ensure smooth workflowDemonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward learning and growth in the plumbing tradeOur Hiring Process
