WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This Transaction and Listing Coordinator position is a full-time and in-office position with typical hours running from 8 : 00 - 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 - 5 : 30 PM . The schedule offers flexibility to accommodate your needs while ensuring the team's success.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As a Transaction and Listing Coordinator, you will begin your day by managing transaction and listing coordination checklists, ensuring every step is completed accurately and on time. Throughout the day, you'll handle scheduling tasks, manage phone inquiries with professionalism, and provide administrative support during listing appointments alongside the team leader. Additionally, you'll assist in planning and executing team events, contributing to the smooth operation and success of the team. Your role will be critical in delivering an exceptional experience for clients and stakeholders alike.
