Job Summary:
Frank., a forward-thinking advertising agency, is seeking a Personal & Office Assistant to support our dynamic team. This role extends beyond our agency to a restaurant we partner with, requiring versatility and a hands-on approach to both office and restaurant environments. Type: Part-Time (30-40 hours per week)
Pay Range: $10 - $16 per hour, depending on expertise
Key Responsibilities:
- Note-taking & Documentation: Attend meetings within the agency and the restaurant to capture detailed notes, organizing them into actionable tasks for our team.
- Personal & Professional Errands: Manage personal and professional errands for leadership, including post office runs, grocery pickups, and other related tasks.
- Office & Restaurant Management: Ensure supplies are stocked and spaces are organized at both the agency and the restaurant. This includes making grocery runs and facilitating purchases.
- Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day tasks such as phone calls, data entry, file management, and document creation. Proficiency in Google Suite is preferred.
- Social Media & Creative Tasks: Assist with social media management and photo editing, requiring skills in Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Travel & Mobility: Comfortable with occasional travel for business, including tasks related to video shoots and restaurant marketing needs.
- Physical Tasks: Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds as needed in both office and restaurant settings.
Required Skills:
- Minimum age of 21 with a valid driver’s license.
- Comfort with dogs, particularly our office dog, Hazel.
- Strong computer and spreadsheet skills.
- Excellent organizational capabilities with proficiency in note-taking and document management for both marketing and restaurant projects.
- Flexible hours with the willingness to work on-site at our Oklahoma City office and restaurant.
