The Role You'll Play to Create Success
We are excited to announce our search for a Senior Sales Leader ! In this role, you will contribute to the mission of FrankCrum by executing and promoting the sales of direct hire and temporary staffing services for FrankCrum Staffing.
- Develop and execute a sales pipeline strategy to meet sales targets and revenue goals.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
- Leverage knowledge of staffing technologies, trends, and best practices to educate clients and provide innovative solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to align with company policies and client expectations.
- Work closely with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth candidate placement and fulfillment of client needs.
- Represent FrankCrum Staffing at trade shows and industry association meetings to promote staffing.
The Attributes We Seek
Keys to success in this position include knowledge of the staffing industry in Tampa Bay, including the company's services and products. Five (5) years of staffing industry or related sales experience is desired. Familiarity with various recruitment and staffing technologies, including CRM software, is preferred. Having a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the Tampa Bay region is needed.
