Philanthropy
- Maintain an accurate donor database by inputting and updating donor and resident fundraising information.
- Manage the gift acknowledgment process, ensuring timely input and acknowledgment of contributions.
- Assist with direct mail campaigns, including the Annual Fund and year end reports.
- Assist with preparing grant proposals for internal and community programs.
- Research and identify potential funding sources for FTJ initiatives.
- Assist with departmental tracking of revenues and expenses.
- Assist in the design of philanthropy collateral.
Marketing
- Develop and curate content (written, video, photos) for various platforms and publications to enhance FTJ’s brand awareness and lead generation.
- Assist in the design and proofreading of marketing collaterals and publications.
- Write resident and team member bios for internal and external publications.
- Manage and update FTJ’s social media presence, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing events.
- Conduct research on prospective residents, including why they did or did not choose FTJ.
- Gather testimonials and feedback from new residents for marketing purposes.
- Assist in the design and production of fundraising and marketing materials, including flyers, invitations, and announcements.
