Bavarian Blast Safety and Security

Hours: Full Time - 4-5 Days a week; earliest shift start time 9:45am, latest shift end time 9:00 pm

Must be available to work a weekdays, weekends, mornings, evenings and some holidays

The Safety & Security team member plays a vital role in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all guests and team members at the Bavarian Blast waterpark. This position is responsible for monitoring guest entry, conducting bag checks, and maintaining a consistent safety presence at the Safety Desk.

Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-traffic or high-stress situations
• Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box when addressing guest concerns or unusual situations
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest safety
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
• Prior security or guest service experience is preferred, but not required
