The role includes handling promotional email requests, designing event materials, creating logos, and maintaining brand consistency. You will also analyze marketing data, track sponsorship activities, and coordinate events such as ribbon cuttings and networking opportunities. Additionally, you will manage local promotional programs, respond to membership inquiries, and actively engage with both current and prospective members at events to promote Chamber involvement and growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Email Marketing Tools (Constant Contact): Expertise in creating and managing newsletters, email campaigns, and automations.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and consistency in all communications and materials sent out by the Chamber.
- Content Creation & Editing: Crafting engaging newsletters, emails, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Customer Service: Offering exceptional support to new members, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive member experience.
- Project Management: Effectively managing multiple tasks and deadlines, including newsletters, content calendars, press releases, and events.
- Data Management: Using CRM systems (e.g., Monday.com) to track, manage, and organize member data and interactions.
- Marketing Analytics: Analyzing social media, website traffic, and marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with members, prospects, and the community.
- Problem-solving: Addressing challenges related to events, member inquiries, and marketing platform usage with a proactive approach.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite for creating visuals and analyzing performance.
