Montano's Restaurant is hiring dedicated servers who can provide a positive customer experience to all patrons. We’re a family-owned restaurant in Truro, MA looking to bring a new and exciting dining experience to all our future guests. We are looking for a team of enthusiastic hospitality professionals who are looking to grow in their careers and be a part of our growing company. Montano's Restaurant is only considering candidates with formal restaurant experience currently.
An ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Nights/weekends/holiday availability is a must.
- Ability to perform in a team environment
- Knowledgeable of allergens and proper ordering for patrons with allergen sensitivities
- TIPS/ServSafe Certification is required
- POS and processing payments
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
- Trained in mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
- Understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings
- Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness
- Accountability in maintaining inventory
- Guest satisfaction is the upmost importance
