Summary
Franklin Brothers Landscaping is a local, family-owned business crafting and maintaining quality landscapes in the Indianapolis area. As a Landscape Team Member, you will be an essential part of our landscaping crew, responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces. What you’ll do:
- Maintain residential and commercial landscapes. Work will include, but is not limited to, mulching, landscape installation, sodding, leaf removal, electric lawn maintenance including grass cutting, lawn edging, and other routine lawn-maintenance activities.
- Maintains assigned equipment and notifies the supervisor of needed repairs.
- Communicate politely with customers that interact with you on job sites.
- Load equipment and materials on and off trucks and trailers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 18 years old.
- Clean driving record.
- Arrive at our headquarters at a designated time every day.
- Ability to lift/move 50 pounds.
- Maintain physical fitness level necessary to complete assigned tasks.
- Meet all applicable Federal and State mandated labor laws.
- Pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to maintain/further the company’s “customer first” and environmentally focused approach.
Knowledge:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to proficiently drive a track and trailer preferred.
- 1 years of experience in the lawn maintenance field preferred.
- CDL is not required, but a bonus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
