Franklin is a small, rural, high-performing elementary school with a supportive community and excellent staff, serving pre-k to grade 6 (145 students).
An ideal candidate will possess the following:
Experience working with and providing direct instruction to preschool students.
Be a motivated and responsible professional who loves working with young children
Establish strong and supportive relationships with children, families and colleagues
Be a team player who collaborates with other members of the Early Childhood Program
Be flexible, creative, and possess a good sense of humor
Have effective communication skills
Possess the applicable VT AOE license (or be eligible for license)
