Assist in the fiscal department by maintaining and managing inventory, sourcing items and services for procurement and receiving and storing goods. Scheduling maintenance and repairs for agency equipment and directing maintenance and repair personnel on-site. Assist in departmental process of converting paper files to electronic records which can include but is not limited to the follow: removing paper files from shelves; checking their status and logging them to a new location; purging and sorting paper files in preparation for scanning in OnBase document management system; and logging files as scanned documents. Assist in sort and scanning incoming mail. Assist in researching and scanning loose documents into OnBase document management system.

High School diploma or GED with 12 months related experience; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
