Franklin County Memorial Hospital is announcing an opening for a full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for posting payments, adjustments and rejections to patient accounts in accordance with current policy and procedure. They are also responsible for reconciling daily receipts.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma required and two (2) years college preferred.
- One (1) year prior experience in a hospital or physician’s office required.
- Knowledge of claims submission for Commercial Insurance, Medicare and Medicaid.
