The Boulder County Head Start Program is hiring a Bilingual Teacher's Aide to work at our Simpson Site in Lafayette. This position will work 40 hours per week in a classroom that operates 9 months per year.
Examples of Duties
Duties will include: assisting the teacher in classroom preparation, lesson planning, supervision, instruction and observation. Additional duties will include: record keeping; developing individual education plans; visiting children’s homes; attending parent/teacher conferences; cleaning the classroom; attending conferences, meetings and workshops; and performing related duties as required.
Required Qualifications
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be Group Leader qualified. Group Leader qualifications can be found at the Colorado Department of Human Services Website,
